I see no one has said anything since you've posted. you mention wanting to be Big (and presumably have a six pack type of physique) but not really your workout regiment. I KNOW that "abs" are largely cooked up in the kitchen (thats the saying...) but working out isn't irrelevant! and as far as your arms and shoulder being skinny that wouldn't be a problem if you work hard at weight lifting. what you specifically looking for is called "hypertrophy" and it comes from lifting heavier and heavier weights over time. do you and/or can you weight lift regularly at a gym? https://rebellion.nerdfitness.com/index.php?/topic/116426-im-awake/ the "NEW" normal is good with me! as Life was Never really Normal anyways.... I don't really lift a lot at gym but when I lift I mainly do forearm exercises. I mostly do pull up exercises and triceps dips+ I use those chest press, rowing and pull down machine to grow my muscles Link to comment
