Kephri's Battlelog - A new path

I've just started activating on this forum, this being my second threat.

Started the year right by quitting cigarettes and after a while, I started gaining my vitality back and started working out.

I'm a 21 year old skinny guy,  weighing 65 kg (today), gained my first 3 kilos in about 2 months.
I want to mention I've stayed on my last weight (62 kg) about 5 years or so, so gaining 3 kg is really a achievement.

 

Bought a gym membership about two weeks ago, still not sure about a good program I should do (if you guys have any drop it down below - I would appreciate it.)

I want to mention I'm searching for a bluking program.

 

Gym shut down because of Coronavirus but motivation's highest it has ever been so I've started doing a beginner workout of "Calisthenics" at home.

Can't do a few exercises because I need a pull up bar but I'm thinking of investing into some equipment soon.

Entry of 10 April:

Got heavier with about ~2.5kg since March 18 (Less than a month)

Still doing home workouts, doing progressive overload with harder exercises
Need to buy a pull-up bar.

Entry of 11 May:

Didn't put any weight on, actually lost 200g

Got sick and missed about 5 workouts last month.

Switched exercises, making a second part to my workout

Introduced a everyday ab workout

Entry of 10th of June:
Gained 2kg reaching the weight of 69.3kg.

Got rid of the everyday ab workout, focusing on a 3 workouts/week program I made myself.

Introduced gymnastic rings to my workout and doing advanced exercises.

Entry of 10th of July:
Got heavier with about 0.7kg

Currently at around 70kg with a 19-20% body fat

Will have surgery next week so I'll drop some body fat and workout after.

Entry of 10th of August:
Had surgery, lost a few kgs but got them back in the same month

Currently at 68 kgs 17-18% body fat

So all in all great month, lost some fat, unfortunately lost some size aswell

Couldn't workout for about 3 weeks, but getting back on track on 12/08

Entry of 17th of September:
Had finals and couldn't go to gym, also I've been slacking a lot

Currently at 67.4kg

Will get gym membership next week and start over!

62 kg - January

65 kg - March 18

67.5 kg - April 10

67.3 kg - May 11

69.3 kg - June 10

70.0 kg - July 10 - 19-20% body fat

68.0 kg - August 10 - 17-18% body fat

67.4kg - September 17 ~16-17% body fat

 

Height:

190 cm
