Obviously he has final say and it is what it is. But these things are fluid. People come and go in campaigns. I am in no position to promise anything, because I'm a random schmuck in this thing, but chances are someone will drop out at some point. No harm in "understudying" if you wanted to lurk and watch IMO. This is pure "me" speaking but I do feel a bit bad about someone who wants to play not being able to.
