Strickland5 Posted March 23, 2020 Report Share Posted March 23, 2020 Well gang here we are ... Trying to avoid a pandemic while trying to stay healthy We have to remember the rules of ZombieLand! Quest 1 That's right CARDIO! Can't out run the zombos if you're not able to run in the first place We're looking at 3 runs of 3+ miles per week - probably more, but we're just starting out and the zombos haven't broken out ... so yeah... remember Quest 2 For me this is going be to be doing 3 days of body weight work to replace my OTF visits as that isn't happening for a bit. I need to come up with a system of stuff - current thinking is 5 pushups and 5 squats whenever I go to the bathroom but seems a bit random. Quest 3 This is pre/post work out stretching - something I'm HORRIBLE at doing! So I'm going to try to do 5 minutes of stretching before and after any cardio! If it's a disease from about 2001 onward, you need speed as they are fast zombies. If it's disease in a movie from the last century, they are slow zombies. QUEST 1 Ran 5 miles on Saturday and 3 today QUEST 2 So far so good on the pre/post run stretching! QUEST 3 Push ups and squats a plenty! QUEST 4 Ran two different group in D&D via the internet - one was for NF folks which was a mixed bag of technical difficulties and actual play.
