I feel like some minor variation on that accurately describes most of the past two weeks.

SO true!

Despite tech difficulties, we all still had fun though. 😊

That is the important part!

Amazing job on the runs, stretches, and bodyweight training!

I'm trying - need to keep at it to build good habits during quarantine time

Totally. I think it's okay to just focus on getting through the day if that's what you need, too — I definitely don't want to be that person saying, "if you don't come out of this with a new skill, it wasn't that you lacked time," or whatever those toxic memes are — but focusing on positive things like habit building can be useful in a crisis sometimes. I'm glad you're doing so well!

Quest 1

Ran 3+ miles on Monday, Wednesday and Friday plus 5 miles on Sunday

Quest 2

Not so great here - need to re'up my efforts as I only did 2 days last week ... time to focus up!

Quest 3

Wife has gotten on board with this - don't think we're quite doing 5 minutes ,but we're doing definitely limbering up and streching after which helps alot

Quest 4
D&D on Wedneday, a game of Castle Panic on Saturday, and started re'reading an old favorite on Sunday

Had to look up what Quest 2 was. Now that I have, I won't let you off the hook 😉

Have you decided what kind of workout to do in theory? I picked out a couple darebee workouts I wanted to try this week

I picked Starbuck and primer partly because I want to use my pull-up bar, but if you don't have one, you could just substitute something else (or do a different workout).

If you have other at-home workouts you like, please share...always looking for something new these days.

I've been doing 5 pushups and 5 squats whenever I take a break/go to the bathroom during the day's I'm not running. Not terribly fancy but manageable.

A little bit of something beats the heck out of a whole bunch of nothing

The Bathroom Break Bodyweight Program is totally legit.

Quest 1

Four runs this week - woo!

Quest 2

Pushups are tiring ... just saying

Quest 3

The stretching continues to be a success!

Quest 4
Took off Friday and enjoyed a semi'lazy weekend ... I mean we couldn't go anywhere but still was nice NOT to work ;)

Oh, those look delicious. Yummmmm!

Congratulations on staying married for as long as you have. Good job! (I do not mean that sarcastically - being happily married is a lot of work!)

Guess this challenge has finished up ... let us see how I did ...

Quest 1

Quote

We're looking at 3 runs of 3+ miles per week - probably more, but we're just starting out and the zombos haven't broken out ... so yeah... remember

Managed 4 out of 5 weeks ! PASS

Quest 2

Quote

For me this is going be to be doing 3 days of body weight work to replace my OTF visits as that isn't happening for a bit.

Eh ... not so good ... Fail

Quest 3

Quote

So I'm going to try to do 5 minutes of stretching before and after any cardio!

5/5 on this one! Pass

Quest 4

Quote

Take some time to sit back enjoy a book, a nice meal, etc ... you know self-care.

probably a bit too much on this one ... but that's okay I guess Pass ...?
