You know you don't have to make it on the first try, right? :) Try again and see if you can make it the full 30 seconds on each leg! And I don't think the exercise is about the flexibility, but about the leg strength, so just lift as high as you can and hold there.

dang but my personal puppo trainer likes to get involved; running under my knees mid press.  I think she misses playgroup.  Bridge taps had to give at 40 for some wrestling time  🐶 ✔️ 🐝

 

I may revisit the leg raise hold, but I accept that my performance at the  "qualifying event" was what it was :) .  Shows my balance isn't the worst, but could be a future challenge focus.

Just a bit of sarcasm to downplay my sadness over my loss. :p It's annoying but at least I have a copy of all my files, etc. on an external drive so I didn't take emotional damage.

I know arm holds wouldn't be all in one go.   Still building strength after PT a few months ago.  ✔️

As soon as I saw today's challenge I thought to myself, "this is going to be tough". I actually didn't think I was going to make it. But I did! It was tough, and it hurt, but I did make it. I watched a youtube video while holding my arms up, to distract myself from the pain a bit. Not sure if it helped or not, but I surprised myself by doing all five minutes in one go!

I did 20 leg circles in one direction, and then 20 in the other directions. After that it was getting tough, but I felt pretty good, so I said to myself I'll do 10 more, 5 in each direction. But after just 5 in one direction my abs couldn't take it any more, so I had to stop. Still got the extra credits though :D ✔️ 🐝
