I failed that. During the twists was ok, but the second I stopped, the dizziness came. :D

Single leg deadlifts ✔️🐝

 

I did 21 with the right leg (because I had to tap the floor for an instant after the first), and then I did 20 with my left leg.

Never did single leg Romanian deadlifts with the other leg fully raised while upright. Will keep that in my exercising - makes it easier to make certain my pelvis tilted, imo.

The last 3-4 on each leg were *very* wobbly. 😋

I thought the full bridge was started lying down and pushing everything up  so your back is curved a bit more?

The one in the pictures is a table bridge.

Table bridges I can do. Full bridges are something else... 😇
