I was surprised at how easy I found this. I was a bit intimidated by the number 50, but once I started, it was actually alright.

Doing 25 of these is part of my warm-up routine, so 50 wasn't all that difficult.

single leg bridges ✔️🐝

 

 

Well, that was harder than I expected. I'm feeling this more in my hamstrings than I did the single leg Romanian deadlifts... 😮

Plank leg raises ✔️

 

Kept slipping a little with my feet, which made it harder, but needed a 10-second break after doing 27. Apparently this was harder than I thought... 😅

 

 

Staggered push-ups ✔️

 

Needed to do these in 3 parts (8-6-6). I can't do 20 regular push-ups yet at this point, so a variation I'm not familiar with was always going to be even harder...
