DailyDare - NerdFitness edition locked to disable aurmto post script

Did these on Thursday:

 

- 60 seconds pacer steps ✔️🐝

- 30 boat folds ✔️🐝

 

I thought I wasn't going to be able to do 30 boat folds since I'd have trouble with 30 crunches. But with the leg movement that goes with it, there's more momentum which makes them easier, I found.

 

Neglected a lot of things over the weekend. Back at it now.

Did these this evening:

 

- 50 get-ups ✔️🐝

- 40 plank crunches ✔️🐝

- 60 seconds toe taps ✔️🐝

- 50 squat hold side bends ✔️

 

After a bunch of wrist and ankle mobility exercises (as part of my new challenge) and the other DailyDare exercises, the squat hold side bends proved a bit much. Needed a short break after 20.

And after posting, I noticed the new page... 😅

 

- 30 seconds knee-to-elbow crunches ✔️🐝

- 40 windmills ✔️🐝

 

Misread the knee-to-elbow assignment and did 30 of them instead of 30 seconds. But I was slow enough that this was actually longer. And the last few were murder, especially after all the other exercises... 🙃
