2 min 🌲:: ✔️🐝 (Had to put my leg down when I had 17 seconds to go on my left leg, but just got it up again and continued. On my right leg I could do the full two minutes)
60 sec palm strikes: ✔️🐝 115 strikes
40 plank hold arm raises: ✔️🐝
