Day 18:

  1. 15 min meditation
  2. Group project meeting (for 6.5 hours! OMG! 😵)
  3. 1.5 km run
  4. NF Handstands Level 2
    1. Wrist Mobility
    2. Shoulder Mobility
    3. Quadruped Rocking 4x10 reps
  5. NF Academy Workout 4A
    1. Jumping Jacks - 3 sets of 30 seconds
    2. 3 rounds of
      1. Bodyweight Squat - 10 reps

      2. Divebomber Pushup - 5 reps

      3. Ring Row - 10 reps

    3. Hanging Leg Raise - 2 sets of 10 reps

Today was a really tough day. I woke up a bit late feeling terrible after not sleeping much, and didn't manage to get myself to do much except eat breakfast and meditate before my group project meeting, which ended up taking just over 6.5 hours.
I then had just less than 2 hours to go for a run, work out, shower and figure out dinner, while reading 4 pages of appendices for the policy meeting (student politics) I had in the evening.
It was very rushed, but I made it! Now I just hope my meeting ends early enough that I can go for a small evening walk and get to bed at a reasonable hour - fingers crossed.

I already am the lion, so I don't need to roar!
