Lat pulldown alternative

Okay as the gyms are closed now because of coronavirus I'm trying to do a lateral pulldown alternative what do you guys think of this.

 

Hang upside down by your legs from a bar. Use either dumbbells or a barbell to do the movement of a lat pulldown

 

What do you guys think?
