I made a cheat sheet / one-pager for you folks based on some of the questions that keep coming up about leangains. Hopefully it helps!

Seems legit :P Maybe you should submit that to Berkhan himself.

The oooooooonly thing I would change is the definition of cardio. Someone might take that as being able to squat 3x a week and then also do HIIT 3x a week with no ill effects.

what about crossfit workouts say...5x per week? :)

I think you're approaching the territory of that last bit there (try IF without the LeanGains macros).
