Exercise 15 mins / day (700 Met.minutes per week) 2. Avoid overtly sweet things (including bread) except on between 6-9pm on Saturdays. 3, Reduce screen time. Quote Link to post

If you still want it gone I'd be happy to remove it. In the future, if you ever want one of your posts gone, hit the "Report Post" link in the upper right hand of the post in question (you'll see it appear when your cursor is in that particular post) and explain you want it gone and the mods will take care of it.
