Chibi needs some encouragement!

I have had zero motivation to exercise lately and it shows!


Challenge for this round:


1. Exercise 15 mins / day (700 Met.minutes per week)

2. Avoid overtly sweet things (including bread) except on between 6-9pm on Saturdays.


3, Reduce screen time.

Only mods can delete threads. This one isn't hurting anything, you can leave it here if you like. If you still want it gone I'd be happy to remove it. In the future, if you ever want one of your posts gone, hit the "Report Post" link in the upper right hand of the post in question (you'll see it appear when your cursor is in that particular post) and explain you want it gone and the mods will take care of it.
