Feel exhausted and cranky ... walked 2.3 km / showered / PT none / 😫 prepped food for 3 days / had visitor over / hung out with my keto flu /😫 only one glass of wine / not more than 25 cigarettes ( to be reduced even more during this challenge ) 😫 3 liter hydration / tomorrow I see my visiting friend one last time and I am looking forward to a relaxed weekend. I hate to sound ungrateful for feeling overwhelmed by nice friends but that's just what I feel right now. I guess its a phase. also I was thinking about my keto break and how it was not worth it. I had 2 nice restaurant meals but I gained like a champion even while eating relatively well and not even having bread. goal for this challenge will be to not fall out of ketosis. that means I can make a stupid choice for one meal, but not for a whole day. Its just so frustrating to see that I am back at 107kg after all the good work during last challenge. Good stuff: clean body and hair clean apartment budgeting wisely cute pup at my side not too hot borrowed a great book about tarot cards new scale with lots of stuff to play around with see y'all tomorrow with a new scale screenshot! 5 Quote be fearlessly yourself! fearless 2.0 Posted August 1, 2020 Author Report Share Posted August 1, 2020 NEW MONTH - NEW GOALS: PT exercises morning and evening set of 5 minutes 2-3 healthy keto meals a day 3 liters of water/ coffee/tea/ sugar free soft drinks a day minimalist challenge starts today.(Day 1, one item decluttered, day 2, two items, until day 31, 31 things must go...) 5x shower/ week reduce cigarettes every week by one. next week is 24 cigarettes maximum / day reduce booze, only one glass /day walk to Mordor with dog, little by little see you guys tonight with first results! ❤️ 9 1 Quote be fearlessly yourself! Went for a dogwalk and ate 2 keto meals. For the minimalist challenge I decluttered an old printer and my old scale. no PT done... cigarettes and wine will be on plan. lying on the sofa listening to podcasts and feeling weak. Cant wait for keto adaption to happen. My minded body is screaming: give me a break! and Im like... you didnt have to do sh!t today, so shut up! see you guys tomorrow, hopefully more energetic.... ❤️ 4 Quote be fearlessly yourself! This weekend I put in sort of good effort. I posted two items on a "yard sale" Facebook group to give away for free. I have people who have promised to pick up each of them this week. Threw out another ~5 things. Debating whether to throw out or donate some other kitchen stuff. I like the idea of donating it, but I'm skeptical about how likely it is someone would want it. YAsSS cigarettes: on plan ( will have smoked 24) wine: having a friend over and will have 2 glasses. fail feeling a bit better, partly because of overdosing with coffein. spent a long time installing the new printer and had to give up because one cartridge was faulty and I have to wait for a new one being sent to me. that sucked! my dog had something stuck in her throat yesterday and im glad its come out. she was in no danger but was coughing like mad. thank god she is fine now. ❤️ mood: 7 Quote be fearlessly yourself! fearless 2.0 Posted August 4, 2020 Author Report Share Posted August 4, 2020 just had a talk with my therapist where I complained about being tired and sluggish all the time. She asked a few questions and I suddenly remembered what I DID do these weeks while being chronically ill. I deep cleaned my apartment for the nice flirt-lady, I had a visitor last week, I walked up to 9km a day with the dog.... etc.... I learned that my low energy days are my way to convince me to rest because I just wont do that when Im well. Lately Ive been struggling so much with lying around unable to do sh!t. Maybe if planned rest and fun stuff into my days it wouldn't feel so much like a struggle? Also still a possibility that Im not fully fat adapted yet. Today is day 5 back on keto. as I have learned, you can be weak for up to 2 weeks after changing into keto. I want to learn to cut myself some slack here. Tuesday: shower: done meditation: done 3 keto meals: done walk: no PT: no cello lesson: done drugs: on plan declutterered 4 medals from 5 and 10 k I did ... 3l hydration: will reach that goal later this evening we are waiting for a serious heat wave to start hitting us starting on Thursday. Maybe I have to change my rhythm so I can get stuff done during cooler hours. but also nice to have a bit of real summer here up north ( Im living near Hamburg at the coast ) Also thinking about the pandemic and how the people don't distance anymore and hardly ever wear masks. I ve started not worrying about what others think and do but wearing a mask all the time when I leave the house. Not just in shops like we are supposed to here. fearless 2.0 Posted August 5, 2020 Author Report Share Posted August 5, 2020 am almost finished with todays stuff! went shopping went to the bank decluttered 5,6 and 7 books for the minimalist game. done until Saturday with decluttering! put the books on the sidewalk in front of my house for people to take them. That made me feel good... walked 2,5k with the dog hydration going well one keto meal had now I need to do PT and cook for the next 2 days. feeling confident and happy.
