Goal 1 Run Run and Run some more

Looking to keep run a minimum of 3 times a week - currently doing for 3 - 4 split over a two week period

 

So one week we run M-W-F-Su and the next is Tu-Th-Sa. Right now we're doing 3 to 5 miles during the work week and 5+ on the weekend.

 

Goal 2 Run to bed

Need to be more diligent about getting sleep.  Have a bad habit of staying up if I wake up after 3AM - so now I'm going to try to go back to sleep... lord knows I never seem to get enough sleep

 

Goal 3 Run to smell the roses

Currently I'm very heads down with work work work - which I'm HAPPY to have the ability to work from home but I NEED to take breaks even if it is 15 minutes to let my head clear, grab a snack, etc ... so I'm going to take at least (2) 15 minute breaks away from my "desk" a day.

Currently running two D&D games which are one of my major methods of non-wife socialization. I am playing a solo game of Ironsworn, a free RPG that is <3!

 

I need to keep prep'ing and running my D&D games ... cause interaction is important

Goal 1 Run Run and Run some more

We knocked out 6 miles yesterday from our flat to Golden Gate Park - a lovely route once you hit the Panhandle anyways

 

Goal 2 Run to bed
Went back bed to yesterday, though this morning I got up at 4a30 so just stayed up
 

Goal 3 Run to smell the roses
Fingers crossed that I can managed to pull myself away from my computer and work!

 

Goal 4 - Run the D and Ds
Had a session with the Nerd Fitness group on Friday, went alright. In retrospect it was mostly a one-on-one session between me and the party bard as we in a single tavern for most of the session with several player not being talkative, bit of an issue on my part as I should've pushed them to do/say something I guess.  I wasn't thrilled that we started late.

Rested yesterday, ran 4 this morning.

 

Goal 2 Run to bed
Eh - got up at 4 this morning ... ugh
 

Goal 3 Run to smell the roses
No dice on this - probably need to adjust this goal as I'm working pretty much solid

 

Goal 4 - Run the D and Ds
Got Adventurers League tomorrow night - they're getting towards the end of the current adventure and I'm pondering skipping a section to move things along.

now that one 100% y'all. The session felt, on my end, like the Yllyra show which while not horrible, definitely not what I want the group to feel. I expected folks to split up and do other things ... but everyone seemed happy to sit in the tavern and just listen to Yllyra roleplay with Faraza and a side of selling loot... hopefully we'll get a better mix of happenings next time around.

I had mic trouble, so I wasn't able to participate well in the beginning. We didn't do a ton, but we did have fun. We learned about the town and met some people. And we ended up with two new goals: explain our failure to protect the cargo and deal with dwarven artifacts. :)

Two sleeps broken only by the alarm ... very strange ... perhaps a trend but who knows.

Ran AL last night - had a bit of over the top metagaming from the youngest party member, which resulted in me having scold him and explain things. 

The NF group shifts to play-by-post style till our next session which is always nice as it gives me more time to craft descriptions and such.

Goal 1 Run Run and Run some more

Knocked out 5 miles this morning in 62ish minutes - so a 12m24s pace ... not unhappy with that. Was a lovely morning with only a few folks out in the panhandle which always make it better. For a "big" as San Francisco is it always feels small when you're away from the Financial District.

 

Goal 2 Run to bed
Woke up at 4a05 this morning ... meh! But still not as bad as previous 3am walk ups
 

Goal 3 Run to smell the roses

No roses per say, but I did take time to make tea and enjoy a bit of not being on a computer time during the day yesterday - so I'll call that a win.

 

Goal 4 - Run the D and Ds
During the run I contemplated how to wrap up my AL group's game a TOUCH early. So they're almost to their current goal but haven't actually done the half-dozen other things they should've done. Now they're going to get the MacGuffin they've been after since almost the start of our game then find out it is only half the story, which is unfortunate.

 

I first need to show them WHY the MacGuffin is important, then drop them in the middle of something that'll let them try to solve all the problems... should be interesting.

Did a 8ish miler - still need to clean up the good to be sure - today. Rough run but felt good overall

Managed to sleep till our alarm this morning

Weekend means no, to little, work . Wii

Got to play some coop Ironsworn today which was great! Always nice to play rather than just run the games all the time

Took some time to enjoy a cup of Earl Grey

Work has me going out of town all day Wednesday so no D&D for me. Though I am researching what kind of dog my Ironsworn character has.

Got in a 3 miler this morning, definitely felt the long run but also good to run

 

Goal 2 Run to bed
One if our cats work is up 5 minutes before the alarm ... lil terror 
 

Goal 3 Run to smell the roses

Had to go get lunch, due to missteps in meal prep so hot in a nice walk

 

Goal 4 - Run the D and Ds 

really not much here a bit of banter, political investigation, and pondering on critters & livestock  .. typically GM stuff

Goal 1 Run Run and Run some more

Yesterday was a short walk and a LOT of site wandering ... 

 

Today was a solid 5 miles which was partly along the Embarcadero and around Oracle Park - not into baseball but the park is nice 

 

Goal 2 Run to bed
Woke up at 4a05 this morning ... cause of course I did... ugh
 

Goal 3 Run to smell the roses

No roses yesterday, all about the work work work!

 

Goal 4 - Run the D and Ds 

Had to skip yesterday as I didn't get home till almost 5 and was in way going to run after a 3 hour drive.

 

Might have a co-op Ironsworn game sunday, we'll see who bites on that.

Goal 1 Run Run and Run some more

Yesterday was  just a short walk as it was HOT here 

 

Today was a 7.25 mile run from our flat into Golden Gate Park. We went out around 6 am to try and beat the heat.

 

Goal 2 Run to bed
Woke up just before the alarm this morning thanks to Max wanting food. Yesterday was a 445 walk up.

 

Goal 3 Run to smell the roses

Enjoyed some PTO yesterday

 

Goal 4 - Run the D and Ds 

Have a potential Ironsworn game Sunday - fingers crossed

I remember running in the heat back in Georgia but even there we would get up early and have water to help. BIG issue here is lack of AC in apartments
