I have a lot of cleaning/purging to do in my house of junk as well as clothes and kitchen things. I need to buy some more furniture and set some things up here and there. My back yard is an overgrown mess and the garden is a nightmare. The garage is ummm, did a hurricane already come? Scheduled for early October Workout 6 days a week Visible abs of some sort, it has been 20 years since seeing them Daily Duolingo for 50 points 10k steps 10 flights stairs Meditation Budget up to date Read Listen to Audible Water AM/PM House Fully purged and cleaned(except kitchen wares and possibly clothes). Set up with furniture and beds. Garden with a rain barrel and watering system. 1 aquarium set up Other Make a recipe weekly, not my usual meat and veggies but instead an actual recipe Start making videos of adventures again one video every or every other week seems reasonable Save $6k Work 100 hours overtime and save half of that money in addition to the above savings Get the body removed from my project car Read/Listen to 10 books The Subtle Art of not giving a F*CK Watch every Star Wars movie(I am yet to see Solo and episode 9). Lifting Get the garage mostly cleaned up Install the new wall/floor mounted squat rack BONUS: install the extra pull up bar Fitness Lose 5 lbs - base is 171lbs Eat appropriately - no more MFP, I know what I should and should not be eating and what my body performs best on. 3 runs, 3 lifts a week. I have barbells until the squat rack is up. Also stretching is important and if I am up for it I can do some yoga/swimming. It should clear up in a few days of overdosing chlorine, I got all the debris out. Today is a go to work, run home, go to girlfriends for dinner out(outside patio social distanced and masks worn). Had an amazing Lamb burger with a feta sauce on it. So I got my buddies condo in Key West for Thursday through Saturday night. Destroyed my goals plan but meh, you only live once. Current goal, try to work as close to 40 hours Monday through Wednesday as possible. Monday I got 12 hours. Also eat clean these weekdays and in the keys eat reasonably paleo, maybe drop a pound.
