Bixby's First 5 Week Challenge, despite signing up for NF in 2015!

Better late than never, right folks? 🦹‍♀️🏳️‍🌈💪

 

Every day:

  1. 1 minute handstand against the wall
  2. 10 minute meditation
  3. 10 minute walk (substitute a 30 minute workout on Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  4. Track the food that I eat (no calorie limit, just logging)
  5. Journal (any amount)

Yay! I'm not up to a minute yet most days and it's not one of my challenge goals this time around, but I'm still trying to do this every day (I have missed a few days in a row though).

I'm not going to lie, it was a pretty rocky start, and I got pretty depressed, but I think I turned a corner.  There were about three different "restarts" but today is day 7.  I did some overeating on Monday night, but I woke up on Tuesday determined to get back on the horse, which is new for me.  Usually I give up, and then get upset, and then start over, but this time I had a hiccup, almost let it devastate me, and decided to keep going forward.
