Congrats!! I think there are some tasks that take up a disproportionate amount of "space" on our mental to-do lists and exert a disproportionate amount of pressure on us, so I'm glad you were able to deal with it. I hope it's a load off.

Yeah I was chatting with my aunt and uncle recently about bugs in Japan and was trying to explain sparrow wasps and said, "you know, the killer hornets invading Washington that were all over the news a few months ago?" I don't want these to be the kinds of connections that are so easy to make.

Today was OK, The laundry is flipping out of control due to loss of sanity for the last month. LOTS to hang up tomorrow. Today I applied for a job, and filled in an application for Job X. I had an interview for Job X last Wednesday. I have a second interview this Wednesday. They sent me an official application to fill out to go along with my resume and other app papers. While there appears to be reason for optimism, I forgot how to optimi. We'll leave this one in God's hands and trust in whatever plan He has for me. Because I got nothing. 

 

TO DO TUESDAY:

• spinning
• shower
• wash laundry (only one load of sheets left!!) & put laundry up
• put away clean dishes
• Clean disgusting bathroom
• anything else = bonus

Lolz. Very little accomplished today. In fact, I spent most of the day in bed wallowing in self pity and depression. Yay fun!

Sorry, I didn't mean to dip like that. I've been rather stressed! I start tomorrow. I've called all of my credit card companies and all of my insurance and all of my banks and all those grown-up things that I didn't want to deal with. Those of all been dealt with. So I go back to pretending everything's OK tomorrow! This is really not the best for me, because it really throws a wrench in my whole paying off my debt situation but what I think needs to happen I just need to sit at this place for like two years and just take a fucking breather. I don't know. Starting over. Again. This is not where I wanted to be in the year 2020. Oh fucking well. I'll get over it.

Good job with finding a new job and dealing with all the grown-up crap. Totally hoping that you'll be able to just be at this new place for a while, catch your breath and find your balance.
