Currently at 215lbs and new here

Hello I am intrigued by the concept of this community. My main reason for signing up is because I miss talking to people about fitness and health in general. 

Not many people in my life workout so it's kind of hard to be dedicated to working out as of late. I have however been doing these Iron wolf burpees and they are actually helping build muscle and some belly fat thus far. I also use my assault bike.
