Hi there,

 

My goal is simple, do a minimum of two runs per week.

Today I did interval training in the morning and covered 6km. In the afternoon I went on a 4km hike.

So I covered 10km all together today. Plus I did some healthy cooking today as well.

Your challenge shares a title with an awesome book (and audiobook) if you haven't read it. I listened to it on Audible, great version.

I think this might be your first challenge with us? Depending on your time zone and your feelings about a Sunday start, you might have launched it today. Hope you have a great first day...whenever that is for you!
