Fully off the rails while travelling.  Burgers, chips,  fish nchips etc wtc. 

 

Still traveling, back home tomorrow.  4hrs driving 6 days in a row, I'm buggered.  

 

Brought running stuff which is untouched...

Thanks the nudge I needed...back in the saddle first thing this morning, 4km walk/run.

 

Weigh in 94.8...travel is a killer.

It is, but in my experience, a lot of that comes off fast once you get back to at home eating and your body catches up a bit.

Final weigh in 95.5kg, down 2.9kg for this challenge. Nowhere near what I was hoping for but still a decent result. 

 

Last 2 weeks were a bit of a flop, work travel and stress derailed me.

 

May come in again for the next challenge and try to do better. 

 

Goals:

1. Walk or run 100km's - yes

2. Lift 3 times a week - not even 1 week. 

3. No sugary treats (lollies, chocolate etc.) - first 3 weeks I had none, last 2 not so. 

4. Max 3 days with alcohol a week - yeah, na.

Mate, all things considered, I think you've gone really well. 2.9kg is nothing to scoff at! I'm up for another challenge if you need some snide comments to keep you going.

I think you've done really well too. The first 3 weeks were normal and you stuck with it. That kind of work is what lets you deal with the kind of stuff that comes up later.

...and it's been totally fun being part of the audience for this one.
