My first three goals: Cut body fat % in half Increase muscle mass by 10% get to the gym 3 days a week I love weights and a can’t stand cardio, so my goals reflect that. Mr_Willes Posted October 27, 2020 Report Share Posted October 27, 2020 Just check out the 5 Week Challenge forums, i think your best fit would be the Warriors (getting big and strong) but IIRC there is also a suitable section for doing your first challenge so you could also check that out. You can use @ signs to call out somebody on a thread. So if you have anymore questions let us (or me) know. You can also use Direct Messaging (envelope in the top right corner) for that!
