Just joined so I’m still learning the ropes. I’m hoping I can find some accountability buddies. 

 

My first three goals:

Cut body fat % in half

Increase muscle mass by 10%

get to the gym 3 days a week

 

I love weights and a can’t stand cardio, so my goals reflect that. 

 

I would love to meet some people with similar goals or who love weightlifting!

Just check out the 5 Week Challenge forums, i think your best fit would be the Warriors (getting big and strong) but IIRC there is also a suitable section for doing your first challenge so you could also check that out.

 

You can use @ signs to call out somebody on a thread. So if you have anymore questions let us (or me) know. You can also use Direct Messaging (envelope in the top right corner) for that!
