I’m fairly new to this whole thing too, although I’m glad there is a forum existing with likeminded people in it. Wish you the best on your fitness adventure. 

 

There is a lot of information and decisions regarding weight and fitness, it can be really overwhelming. I think this forum is all about providing a space to sort through that confusion.

There is A LOT OF information available on this forum. But it can be very overwhelming. There are categories you can browse. AFAIK the most action and frequent posting is being in the "5 Week Challenge" forum. A lot of regulars post there. Feel free to join us!

 

Also if you want specific things to know, you can also use the board to sent me a private message!
