Thanks for following. 😊 I'm running my first event today entitled Run & Not Be Weary & the second is He Rescued Me. Both are virtual races & run by Moonjoggers. They have to be done before 2020 ends.

Yes. This first course was a promo on Mental Toughness, so only 4 modules. The actual PT course is more-I forget how many.

Today's report:

 

Ran the 5k today & went over memory verses I have trouble with using the Verse Locker app.

 

We went to my brother's for dinner & it was a relaxing time (except for the stairs-my legs were not happy with those).

Yesterday was a complete flop. My mom is on additional meds that are making her act like a rebellious 5-year old; so I spent the day dealing with that & 5k recovery.

 

Need to get back on track today. 🛤

I started my 5k program over again, this time I raised my incline to make it harder. I'm going to keep it at 1.5, complete the program, & then raise it again, etc.

Today will be a busy day. I have to cook/bake. I'm hoping to get done the following:

Scones, eggs for hubby's breakfast, orange-cinnamon french toast, Gone-All-Day casserole, & if I have time: Beef Spaghetti Spirals

Yesterday was horrible. Cooking was a bust (I'm pretty sure mom uplugged my crock-pot so dinner didn't happen-all that work for nothing). 

Forgot about mom's doctor appointment time & was late. 🤦‍♀️

 

On a positive note, I did play piano & exercise.

It is virtual & has to be done before 2020 is over. I'm planning on mid-November & then taking a bit of a break to work on incline running. I've started my 5k running program over & upped the incline.

Aw man I'm sorry. :( I'm glad you were able to get in piano and exercise time though, hope it helped make the day a little less horrible. *hugs*
