Here is the data which i have managed to get so far using huawei body fat scale 1- Age 30 2- Height 5.4(164cm) 3- current weight 74 kg 4- body fat percentage 25% 5- Bmi 27.4 6- Basal metabolic rate 1601 kcal/day 7- Visceral fat level 11.0 8- Muscle mass 53.1 kg 9- Bone mineral content 2.2 kg 10- Protein 17.9% 11- Body water percentage 54.2% Here are my activities 1- I go for jogging 20 minutes(3kms) and improving 2- Gym 2 hours i feel hungry and not active.
