I need guidelines

I have recently joined gym and i dont have much  idea of diet. Here is data which i have managed to get  so far using huawei body fat scale 

1- Height 5.4(164cm) 

2- current weight 74 kg

3- body fat percentage 25%

4- Bmi 27.4

5- Basal metabolic rate 1601 kcal/day

6- Visceral fat level 11.0

7- Muscle mass 53.1 kg

8- Bone mineral content 2.2 kg 

9- Protein 17.9% 

10- Body water percentage 54.2%

11- age 30


Here are my activities 

1- I go for jogging 20 minutes(3kms) and improving 

2- Gym 2 hours

i feel hungry and not active. 

Please help me with the diet plan thank you
