I'm a member of Prime and have been working with a coach for several months but totally missed the step of signing up here! I'm joining now to meet people, share struggles and encouragement, probably do some challenges, etc.

 

My main struggles right now are trying to work through mental stuff to be successful at weight loss and calorie restriction and also chronic fatigue/pain (daily headaches). I don't have a huge amount to lose but I feel like I've been battling this for my whole life, just about.

 

Biggest recent win is getting a room straightened up to use for workouts. I've also been doing slightly better with sugar (I have a crazy sweet tooth).

 

I'm plant based, work from home (since April), and have a full house of cats and dogs. Looking forward to meeting others on here! x
