Yes! First time doing any of her videos. I was struggling to come up with goals and then saw a few posts here about it and said "ok sure why not?" I can tell already the benefits 😁

I've been SUPER inconsistent and I'm still way behind (just finished Day 10 today) but I'm not giving up!!  ❤️  I did Days 9 and 10 today and they were perfect for my tired (did a lot of walking yesterday) legs and janked-up hip (lumpy hand-me-down sofa):

I've done through day 19 and then 21. In retrospect, I wish I would have written down a little something about each so that I could revisit them at a later time. I've noticed some of them I like more than others. Or ones that might be good when I'm feeling a certain way. 

 

 

What's everyone's plans for once the 30 days are up?

I haven't been posting but I've been plodding through! I'm only around Day 14 but I will finish the series, even if it's really late!  :) 

 

After I finish Breath I think I want to go back and do Home again, from 2019 - that one really builds a lot of upper body strength!

I'm done through Day 29. Just have the last day left! And holding off til tomorrow as it's a long one and that works better with my schedule. How is everyone else finishing?

I'm going suuuuuper slow and I'm still stuck about halfway through.  :P  I'm not giving up, though. We're supposed to get slammed with 10 days of snow and ice storms, so that will force me to get back on the mat if I want to get my daily movement in.
