I was derailed last time due to a death in the family & was on mom patrol. Things have settled somewhat, so I'm hoping this challenge will be completed in full.

My mom is very scattered atm. I am doing ok. Sleeping a bit better after weeks of insomnia. I crashed & burned on Friday; slept even though the tv was on (My mom doesn't hear well so the volume was up). I usually can't do that. Luckily my hubby was home.

I believe the magnesium is helping with sleep (it also lessened my chocolate craving).

I am glad to hear you are able to get some sleep. I know lack of sleep always makes every situation 10x harder for me. Chocolate is a great source of magnesium (especially dark chocolate), so you may have been low if you were craving it.

Monday I did almost all the things (missed the 21 Day Challenge) Today...not so much. Very little sleep contributed to me being dragged into the dark forest by the procrastination monkey where I got lost in phonegameland for most of the day. ☹

 

Make bed: nope

 

Exercise & stretch:  I ran 1 mile & then walked for a bit & ran another followed by stretching. Total time: 1 hour

 

Prayer, Bible, & meditation:

Habit tracking & journaling: when I sign off

 

21 Day PM Challenge:   Learned something interesting about myself which I will share tomorrow

 

Knitting:

Off to a pretty good start today. Prayer time & knitting practice.

What I've learned from the 21 day challenge so far: I apologize for things even when I shouldn't. There are times when I say I'm sorry & I haven't done or said anything wrong. Almost like what I have to say isn't worth saying. Now I need to figure out why I do it.

Yesterday was meh. Today was a bit better, but I had so much office stuff to do that I skipped piano & procrastinated with my 21 day challenge.

I need to stretch & journal yet.

Remember the bow draws the arrow backwards first before being launched into the air soaring far and high! You're just building momentum.
