You're a beginner at jumping. 😉 The beauty of parkour is that you can scale however much you need, if your gaps are a foot wide that's cool too and you'll improve over time.

 

That's what I'd tell myself as a fellow explosively challenged person. 😛

How about we meet in the middle at "terrible at jumping because I'm a beginner"? :P

 

For the record, I have no problem admitting when I'm terrible at something (most things, anyway). It doesn't make me a terrible person, nor does it mean that I'll always be terrible at the thing (though I might - no guarantees). It's just me trying to be honest with myself. We're all terrible at lots of things. :)

FINALLY DONE THE SCHEDULE WRITING. Holy heck, it was hard. But I have it tweaked in a way that I think will work: unscheduled time in big blocks, with some every day, little things grouped, computer and active things grouped, habit triggers (hopefully) together... Now I just have to follow it. The hardest part. And tweak it more when I inevitably find I have forgotten something or made something awkward.

 

I have challenge ideas now too, so that will get done first thing tomorrow so that the challenge can start on Monday, as every good challenge should. ;)

In fact, we're terrible at most things! :) As long as it doesn't keep us from trying. I see it very frequently in climbing - "I can't do dynos", "I can't climb on slopers" etc and then they start avoiding the thing.

Absolutely! If you're having fun, does it really matter if you're not good (yet)?
