Shoulder rehab, considering mace ball or steel club

So I’m experiencing some minor pain consistently in one spot in my right shoulder during OHP. I’m thinking on my off days adding some shoulder mobility work in the form of a maceball or club. 

anyone used either of these for mobility?


I can also maybe get some hallway consult with OT or PT while at work.   I have some various resistance bands but have found them rather boring

Personally I wouldn't recommend either of those if you're concerned about an imbalance in your shoulder. Try something like bottoms-up KB presses instead - it adds SOME instability without running as much of a risk for tearing stuff.
