Ring kneel push ups 3x6, 1x5

yates rows 52.5kg 8x3

curls / laterals 2x8 / 2x20

lm press bar+12.5kg 3x 8 /  rear delt 3x15

 

High pulls 3x20

 

Push ups: missed last rep but went up from 5x5 so minor progress.

 

curls: upped weight

 

Im back down one belt hole which is progress but I’ve got more work to do! Jogging tomorrow.

curls / triceps 2x8 / 2x20 

 

Lm press bar+18.75kg  3x8 / rear delts 3x20 / triceps 1xF

 

High pull 2x20

 

Added weight on legs, ring dips, chins and lm press.

 

lm press needed a push press on last two reps of one arm.

 

Ive been swamped at work but will try and make time,

 

Ill hike on Sunday.

Ez bar curls / band laterals 2x8 / 2x20

lm press bar+13.75kg 3x 8 /  rear delt 2x20

 

High pulls 2x20

 

Got an extra rep on kneel ring push ups.

Added 2.5kg on rows.

Added 2.5kg on curls. 38.5kg total

Added 1.25kg on lm press.

An extra rep on weighted band ring dips.

More reps on weighed band chins but didn’t get 8x3

Only did 2 sets on lm press as did high pulls earlier.

Good session! I had tragic hamstring doms from last session.

 

ar pushups = knee assist ring pushups 

 

Some hikes open up end of April so going to get back into it and hit some new hikes.

Very good session.! Needed a bit more rest than normal as felt like cardio towards the end.

 

Im going to a Greek island on a month to get some sun and chill out. After that should be hiking season 💪


I’ve got trips to Berlin and Porto planned for this year.
