As in old lol today: incline press 40kg 3x8 row 50kg 3x8 curls / laterals hang cp 14 kg dbs 8x3 goblet squat 20kg 3x8 band high pulls / rear delt raises rest times were short for cardio. 30-45 seconds Quote Link to comment

I was 22 so I don't remember that much, certainly a good booze up was had. My old regular was The Smoking Dog in the old part of town. AwayLifter Posted April 3, 2022 Author Report Share Posted April 3, 2022 Incline 40Kg 4x6 row 50kg 3x8 Curls / laterals 3x8 / 3x10 hang cp 16kg 4x6 Band high pulls / leg press 80kg 2x15 reduced rest time on incline from 60 to 45 seconds. the hang clean and press destroyed me again. There was no chance of goblet squats so did leg press. ive got a week in span in 3 months so need to be consistent. Not chance of putting on muscle but losing some weight is realistic. ive booked some weekends away as well over the next 6 months. London, Bologna (Italy), cologne (Germany) so far. I think adding a minute each time up to 30 minutes is a realistic target. Quote Link to comment
