i hurt my lower back deadlifting 🤦‍♂️ So am waiting for it to heal before lifting again. It’s not that bad but needs some time. I’m retiring from deadlifts forever..

dips have progressed from foot on the floor assist to now elevated assist. Still assisted but by much less. Always in the rings.

Do you go on hikes?  Looks like so many pretty areas to hike in.

i started hiking recently. I am in the mountains so hopefully going to Zermatt or verbier tomorrow. Depends on how many beers tonight 🤪
