I take the name as reference to walking from behind the glass moving into the real world as far as fitness goes. Goals: Long Term: Recover from crash and build toward the future Short term: 1. Endurance building 2. Flexibility building 3. re-achieve the ability to do handstand pushups. Current details: Weight: 210 Height: 5'4" Activity level: -Walking daily -Planks daily Training History: Parkour: Self guided training approx. 5 years (before crash) Judo: Yellow Belt (but many years ago Tai Chi: Studied with personal trainer helping him develop his teaching program so he could become and instructor Kendo: Practiced with friends but no formal training Fencing: 3 years Rapier fencing with the SCA I look forward to learning and making new friends, 3 Quote Goals: Long Term: Recover from crash and build toward the future Short term: 1. Flexibility: cannot yet do flat palms but can put my fists to the ground (baby steps) Weight dropped to mid-190 range, varying by the day.
