RaveOnOn Posted June 14, 2021 Report Share Posted June 14, 2021 In my quest to "civilize my mind, but make savage my body" I've decided on a path: 1) learn and practice some sort of meditative martial arts (Tai Chi, Qigong) 2) weight training (twice weekly) 3) dialing in nutrition to focus on whole foods (try for 80% clean) Some of this is pretty new, and some is stuff I've done, but not with conviction, so this will be an interesting journey.
