Is this goal possible?

50 pullups

100 pushups

100 squats

Goal is to complete this in 5 minutes.

Do we think this is possible without kipping pullups all the way?

That seems extreme, especially in five minutes. Since you specifically asked about pullups, I don't know how realistic 50 pullups in one set in any time frame is without kipping.

For comparison, check out the US Marine Corps physical fitness test.

https://www.military.com/military-fitness/marine-corps-fitness-requirements/usmc-physical-fitness-test

The max score for pullups is 23, less than half of the 50 called for in that workout.

In the workout above it's ok to do the pulluos in multiple sets, but you have to complete all the reps on one exercise before noving to the next. E.g 20, 10, 5, 5, 3, 3, 2, 2 pullups, then onto pushups etc

If you're trying to do all three in five minutes there isn't much time to take breaks between sets. How did you find this workout?

Did you see the link in my first post? This program was very popular some years ago.

As far as I know only 1 or 2 guys have got to level 8, but no one has completed it.

I did see the link. All the copyright info on the website is from thisbyesr, which confused me.

It doesn't look to me like the goal is to do it in 5 minutes. It says if you can do it in 5 minutes, it's time to move up a level, and if it takes you longer than 30 minutes, you should go down a level. Even at some of the lower levels, 5 minutes seems fast. I would judge more by how fatigued I felt at the end than how long it took me, and would maybe stretch it out to 45 minutes to give myself more rest time between sets. I'd say this not a bad workout when you're in a crunch and what to do something, but I wouldn't consider it a great long-term plan, but maybe that's just my Ranger Brain rebelling against the thought of doing the same 3 exercises for every workout.

Yes the goal is the achieve the level 3 day in 5 minutes, then you move up a level. If you can do level 8 in 5 minutes then you've completed the program! Thats how I read it. I'm on level 7 now, though form was probably a bit dodgy getting to this point, when you're working at a fast speed!

I noticed this has changed since you got feedback on this thread. Is this your website?
