Mini Stepper Anyone?

Recommended Posts

I move around a lot outside of work, but I am way too sedentary at the office. Thinking of getting a mini stepper I can tuck in the corner when not using and get some steps in during breaks.  To keep us all on the same page, this is what I'm talking about:

https://www.amazon.com/Sunny-Health-Fitness-Stepper-Resistance/dp/B0016BQFSS/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=mini+stepper&qid=1633359754&sr=8-3

Pros: It's tiny and cheap.

Cons: It's tiny and cheap.

Has anyone used one of these? Are they decent? There are more expensive ones and you get what you pay for and all, but for this I'm not willing to go above the $50-60 range. If it comes down to it, I can just pace the hallway for steps. (Off topic, but why do I find stepping on a stationary machine less boring than pacing the same short hallway?)

For reference, I'm pretty short, so any issues about the small machine not working for bigger people doesn't apply here.

Haven't tried this. Although, I'm getting curious 'cause I'm on a desk job as well.

I'm probably going to go ahead and get one at some point fairly soon here. I'll update to let you know what I think. In the meantime, if anyone else has one, let us know!
