sarakingdom
Week 4 Day 5/6 My sleep deficit is down to 13 hours. This is amazing, guys. It's almost back to where I had it before the move. I can do it. (It is taking naps on top of decent nights' sleep, but I'm averaging over 6 hours a day. And lately it's closer to 8.) Under ten is an okay deficit. Under 7 is a normal amount of sleep.
