DoubleTrouble
My quads are still sore on one leg, and it feels like impending tendinitis (if I don't have it already). I quit all my flipping and trampoline classes, so I can have time to heal. Main quests 1. Get the quads pain free. 2. Get the quads to a level where I can start trampolining fully again. Currently I think I can still trampoline if I limit it to back/stomach tricks. 3. Get the quads to a level where trampolining doesn't cause soreness? Side quests ??? (not sure if I'll have any) 1 Quote Link to comment
Manarelle
I had to watch that gif a time or two to figure out wtf was going on. Here for the quad heals, take care of you! There's only 1 DoubleTrouble and we quite like him uninjured, tyvm. 1 Quote Manarelle the Level 60 Amazon Assassin Challenges: 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, Current Link to comment

Been avoiding jumping as much as possible, and doing strength training at a level that my quads can handle with plenty of rest in between sessions. I don't have a video this week but here's a video that someone else made that shows what happened in parts of the movement world last week. Thanks for checking! ---- This week I went for a run, the next day I did some clean and jerks (without actually knowing what I was doing), then two days of mostly rest. I also did this dance follow along thing which was pretty fun. 2 Quote Link to comment

Quads were sore the next day, but the good kind of soreness that goes away in a day or two, which it did. https://www.instagram.com/p/CZIR1dPIs-y/ 1 Quote Link to comment
DoubleTrouble
More snow flips, and a line. Quads feel the same as last week. Not sore, unless its put into a certain position (fully bent knee) and held there, and then I feel the soreness when I extend. And its just on the left quad. https://www.instagram.com/p/CZXiLxOIGoP/ Quote Link to comment
DoubleTrouble
You'll never believe what I did last week. More snow flips. Shocking, I know. I do slanted front flips apparently. I also went to the trampoline park for the first time in a while, and was glad to see that my skills were still there. Left quad was slightly sore afterwards which tells me I need to keep resting and strengthening for now. https://www.instagram.com/p/CZm1xrpDhMC/ Challenge recap: Quads (left vastus medialis) is not fully free of soreness. There has been improvement over the course of the challenge, so I probably just need more time. Quote Link to comment
