Which is why I failed the last challenge. Mondays: Morning 🦮 walk (training), Write/Read 9:30am-6pm, Strength 🏋🏻♀️ Tuesdays: Morning 🦮 walk (training), Write/Read 9:30am-6pm, Rest Wednesdays: Morning 🦮 walk, Write/Read 9am-5pm, 🧗🏻♀️ Climb with in-laws Thursdays: Morning 🦮 walk, Write/Read 9am-5pm, 🧘🏻♀️Yin Yoga 🕉️ Fridays: Morning 🦮 walk (training), Write/Read 9:30am-6pm, Strength 🏋🏻♀️ Weekends: Do SOMETHING active, extra long 🦮 walk (with training), hike 🥾, swim 🏊🏻♀️ etc. Will start running once temps start getting below 60 in the mornings so that my exercise induced asthma is not so bad.
