That is not a legit sample size. That's not real science. Caffeinated drinks count, IMO. I had heard similar things, so I agree. I had not heard that the sample size was 3 people.WOW, that's some legit science right there-not. I drink herbal and decaf because caffeine elevated my blood pressure. Also, I'm skeptical of the drink 64 ounces or more a day . I don't know if you really need that much, especially if you eat fruits and veggies. I always feel like I'm floating .
