Lots of examples on Zak Ferguson’s youtube channel. Main quest Don’t get injured Side quests Put in the reps to modify existing moves into new ones Vertical (vert) twisting: use mini/rebound trampoline to practice spinning. DoubleTrouble Posted January 8 Author Report Share Posted January 8 Tried working towards a 540 kick but ouldn't do a tornado kick to land on both feet. Ended up working on round and hook kicks. I don't think the twisting goal will happen but I'll leave it on the table. 1 Quote Link to comment

DoubleTrouble Posted January 14 Author Report Share Posted January 14 Recovering from sickness this week, but stlll got a lot of movement in. I've been watching climbing videos lately so of course I had to visit the climbing gym. The lack of snow outside meant I could sneak in an outdoor parkour session too. Diving practice had its ups and downs, did some 1.5 fronts but messed up on inward dives. The highlight of the week was definitely getting my first slanted flyaway to a crash mat. 1 Quote Link to comment

Quickly found out that my kicks and hips weren't that great, and started working on higher round/hook kicks and better hip mobility.
