60 seconds squat hold calf raises 🐝
5 minutes raised arms hold 🐝- Gaah, that last minute! My triceps!!! 😱
50 plank leg raises 🐝- 25 each side, needed a short break after 30 total
50 single leg bridges 🐝- 25 each side - Gaah, my hamstrings!!! 😱

I picked the wrong boat. It sank after 25 seconds, and again after 10 seconds. On a third attempt it sank after 25 seconds, but at least it totaled 60 seconds... 😇

50 alt arm/leg raises - 🐝

50 twist lunges - 🐝

50 climber taps - 🐝

 

* I got 1'00" and needed a break. Got 0'20" on a second attempt. Noped out of the rest. F this! 😡

 

Also did the climber taps before the twist lunges. Had them backwards in my head.

seems like the right response to me! 

 

sky diver push-ups  🐝   but in several groups and drop to knees when I had to.  I can't do that many regular push-ups in one go

30 sky diver push-ups  - 🐝

2 minutes side jacks - 🐝

 

Managed 20 sky diver push-ups before failure. Took a small break, did the side jacks, and then did the last 10. The last one was again close to failure.

2 minutes shoulder taps - 🐝

 

Did them as part of my warm-up before my workout. Counted 145. The last 30 or so were torture.

40 sumo squats - 🐝

 

 

Form-wise that's pretty close to how I do regular squats. Legs apart, feet outward. It's a way to keep my heels on the floor longer. They still come up, though. Ankle mobility issues...
