up/down dog 🐝  also not all in one set, fit it in to a timed routine when I couldn't do any more of the assigned exercise!

Well, certainly eating crow here. I seriously underestimated the 30 upward downward dogs... 🤦‍♂️

 

 

Been slacking on these all week, so I have some catching up to do:

 

- 40 squat hops on the spot - 🐝

- 50 leg raises - 🐝  (needed a break after 25 and again after 40)

- 30 upward downward dogs - 🐝  (form deteriated after 15, needed a break after 20, final 10 went ok but felt it in my wrists)

- 60 seconds side plank - 🐝   (30 seconds each side, because I *really* didn't feel like 60 seconds each side after the leg raises and the upward downward dogs)

- 60 climber taps - 🐝  (noticeably slowed down after 40)

- 80 arm scissors - 🐝

 

I'll leave the rest for tomorrow... 😇

single leg bridges 🐝  broke it up into sets

staggered dead lift 🐝  used my rest periods poorly and fit this in during my strength

sky diver push up 🐝  did this in place of standard push ups in ^^

Finally got around to doing some more of these:

 

- 50 reverse angels - 🐝
- 30 butterfly sit-ups - 🐝  (especially the final three were painful)
- 60 seconds balance hold - 🐝  (2x 30 seconds)
- 2 minutes wall sit - 🐝  (in 3 parts: 20s, slipped, 60s, took a break, 40s)
- 50 single leg bridges - 🐝  (2x 25)
- 40 staggered deadlifts - 🐝  (2x 20)

 

The rest reserved for tomorrow. 😇

- 20 sky diver push-ups - 🐝  (in 2 parts: 12 and 😎

- 30 jump squats - 🐝  (in 2 parts: 2x 15)

- 30 seconds boat pose hold - 🐝

- 60 seconds high knees - 🐝  (it slowed down after 25 seconds; the knees lowered a bit for the last 10 seconds)

- 10 one-arm plank jump-ins - 🐝  (2x 5)

- 60 seconds elbow plank hold - 🐝

 

There. All caught up. 😇
