40 scorpion twists - 🐝

 

20 each side. Did them as part of my warm-up.

plank jump ins 🐝  had to break up into 3 sets

shrimp squats 🐝 I can either hold my foot and go pretty far down, or not hold and tap my knee.  So 5 of each on each leg and only fell over once

60 seconds toe tap hops - 🐝   (although I'm not sure the last 15 seconds still count as "hops" really 😇)

30 plank jump-ins - 🐝   (in two parts)

20 shrimp squats - 🚫   (failed them - didn't get low enough on the first without losing my balance, tried my other leg and it felt really uncomfortable on my lats before I lost my balance there as well, noped out of the entire exercise - I also don't have the ankle mobility to properly do these)

40 plank step-outs - 🐝    (in two parts because I couldn't hold a plank that long)

 

 

Did the toe tap hops, plank jump-ins and plank step-outs as part of my warm-up today. Wanted to replace my regular squats with shrimp squats, but failed them and did the regular squats instead.

Forgot to log yesterday.

 

2 minutes side plank hold - 🐝 (one minute each side)

50 calf raises - 🐝

50 single leg bridges - 🐝 (25 each side)

 

Did these after my warmup and before my workout circuits.

The 50 calf raises while my circuit includes 2x 10 single leg calf raises may not have been the best idea. Severe DOMS in my calves today...

Didn't do these in order, because the punches and the jumping jacks were more warm-up exercises, and the plank crunches were done *after* my workout yesterday.

 

5 minutes punches - 🐝 (boooooring! Not that difficult, just far too long.)

2 minutes jumping jacks - 🐝 (needed a couple of 5-second breathers - after one minute, 90 seconds and 105 seconds)

40 plank crunches - 🐝 (20 each side)
