BookNerd Posted March 17 Report Share Posted March 17 Maybe try a new type of exercise or a class. In the past if I paid for a class I felt more motivated to go and once your doing it you might feel better and sometime being around others helps. Or tying something new that's fun and gets you moving like metal yoga or or a fitness game. Good luck! Quote Link to comment
