I suppose I can't say I don't exercise at all. I take the dog for a 10-15 minute walk most mornings, but that's because I feel guilty she's stuck in the house by herself most days.

Maybe try a new type of exercise or a class. In the past if I paid for a class I felt more motivated to go and once your doing it you might feel better and sometime being around others helps. Or tying something new that's fun and gets you moving  like metal yoga or or a fitness game.  Good luck!
